SMS game-day alerts: terms
Text alerts are not available yet. Nobody can sign up for texts today, and we don't send any. These terms will apply when the program launches.
- Program: Vestigo Sports Game-Day Alerts. These are recurring automated texts on days your saved teams play, with the time, channel and streaming options.
- Frequency: at most 1 message per game day (about 20 per month). No texts on days without games.
- Consent: by checking the box and entering your number, you agree to get recurring automated marketing and informational texts from Vestigo Sports at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You then reply YES to the confirmation text to start.
- Opt-out: reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL) at any time. You'll get one final confirmation text.
- Help: reply HELP, or use the "Report a wrong channel" link at the bottom of any page.
- Message and data rates may apply. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We never sell or share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing.
